A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your costume. A non-refundable 50% deposit is also required for all add-ons and upgrades.
Yes. After paying your 50% deposit, you may pay the remaining balance in installments.
All outstanding balances must be paid in full on or before 30 September 2026.
Costume distribution will take place between 28 October and 30 October 2026. Your section-specific collection date and time will be announced on or before 15 October 2026.
Yes. MVP Mas will coordinate assistance with ferry bookings for masqueraders travelling with their vehicles. As vehicle spaces are limited, requests must be submitted with the driver’s name and vehicle details on or before 31 August 2026. Assistance is subject to ferry availability.
Yes. MVP Mas can refer you to trusted accommodation providers and booking partners who may be able to assist with your stay in Tobago. While we do not own or manage accommodation properties, we are happy to connect you with our partners to help you find suitable options. Accommodation is subject to availability, and all bookings are made directly with the provider.
Yes. Through our trusted partners, MVP Mas can connect you with providers for island tours, airport transfers, vehicle rentals, and other travel-related services to help you enjoy the complete Tobago Carnival experience. These services are provided by independent partners and are subject to availability.
